Communication was not good from the start, was difficult to get a hold of and rarely returned calls. I went to drop the vehicle off at the time we arranged the previous evening. I knocked/pounded on his apt door, had security call him repeatedly, I called him. I had to wait 2.5 hours until he woke up. He said his alarm got turned off accidentally. Ridiculous. I would NEVER do a job for this bidder again!

Communication not being good from the start was due to Oxfordbikes. Oxfordbikes is describing himself as he never picked up the phone on the first try. I had no reason to not return calls since I wanted my delivery, this is completely false. Finally, Oxfordbikes did NOT show up at the agreed upon time and his story is a complete fabrication. I had no reason to complain about him, but given this feedback I would now caution anyone from using this service provider.

A great set of gentlemen. This move was slightly challenging due to the setup of the race cars. It was a delight to transport these cars to and from the race event. We will gladly provide services to them again in the future.
