The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service provider was not comfortable with loading assistance provided at pickup location and sent me an email discussing cancellation, we mutually agree cancellation.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipper and I communicated through Uship questions and we agreed on a Tuesday move. I accepted their bid on Monday, and Tuesday morning 6:45am the shipper sent me an email stating "Hi Peter I had some issues with the truck yesterday. I will still be able to do the pick up and delivery it just will be in the afternoon but will be delivered before 5pm." I noted back that this was not a problem, then I received this cancellation notice with no warning.

Great experience, was able to work with a difficult schedule. Excellent communication as well, would highly recommend. Need more people like this on Uship!!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Pickup was supposed to be between December 20 and 23, but shipper has not been able to schedule a shipment due to weather and routes and it is now January 23. I need to cancel as I will not be around for the next 2 weeks and shipper has not provided a estimated ship date.

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Booked with service provider, and attempted to reach by phone after agreeing by text message a time to speak since service provider did not receive shipping details through Uship. Service provider did not answer phone or text message afterwards (and I am still waiting half a day later, the night before a scheduled tow), and email bounced back. Service provider has provided wrong email address to Uship which bounces back, so it is impossible to reach service provider if his email is wrong and he
