There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved They were unable to pickup the vehicle within time frame and kept asking for more money to pay to the driver,way more than what we had it booked for so we decide to cancell the transaction.

I think this feed back was meant for someone else. He told me that he had the problem described above with another shipper so he canceled that transaction. He canceled with me because the car deal fell through. There was no problem on either end. I would not hesitate to work for him if he asked again. Nice guy.

they couldnt complete the transaction because the repair on his trailer wasnt fix waited 1 week very slow reply someone else did the job in 1day.

Emailed this shipper and they were just as slow to respond - when trailer needed repairs, instead of understanding, he reposted and had another ship.. this would have been a same day service with us as well.. we stand beside our feedback - repairs to vehicles being used 24/7 for years on end are commonplace in the delivery business - and you would think "car dealers" would know that.
