A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I ALREADY INITIATED THE CANCELLATION. CUSTOMER SAID THAT SINCE HE BOOKED THOUGH USHIP HE WOULD BE SHIPPED IN 24 HOURS. ABSOLUTE NONSENSE. LEFT MESSAGES SCREAMING THAT IF SOMEBODY DIDN'T CALL BACK RIGHT AWAY HE WAS CANCELLING AFTER 1 DAY. I CALLED AND LEFT 4 MESSAGES AND HE NEVER PICKED UP. EVENTUALLY HE ANSWERED THE PHONE AND HE WANTED TO CANCEL I TOLD HIM HE IS ENTITLED TO NO REFUND SINCE WE DID OUR JOB AND I HAD A TRUCK READY TO GO BEFORE I ARCHVED THE SHIPMENT ON CENTRAL. VERY RUDE

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services After the booking of my vehicle i called the contact number provided by them no body ever pickup alway says we dont acept call from this number why not,i waste all day trying calling no reply than he called me from diff number left couple voice mails very rude way,like i dont have time to call u all day etc no gurantee when it will pickup or not trying to find another carrier simply a time waister plus dont know how to treat custmers nobody wants to go through with this one becareful.will not re
