The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it We showed up during estimated pick up ETA.One of the vehicles was hidden in the back of the property where trailer would not fit. One vehicle had flat tires and half of tire was dug in the dirt. We were told that both vehicles were ready to go. We had to unhook our trailer to pull the vehicle out with our 4x4 dually. We busted several chains and straps. We advised customer that he would have to have a tow/wrecker come out and get it out. Being Christmas Day, we decided to wait until next day to

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment The shipper misrepresented the dimensions of the item to be shipped. I drove several hundred miles to pick up the shipment to find that because the items were misrepresented, I was unable to accommodate them in my truck. Because of this, I lost money in time and fuel. I emailed the customer concerning this and I never received a response. I am rejecting the terms of this cancellation until the customer accepts responsibility for the cancellation in their response.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer misrepresented the shipment, I provided a solution to having his item shipped but he did not agree to the new terms. We have tried to accommodate and he is unwilling to compromise. Response from Dwayne V.: Wow, this is the worst review ever...completely untrue and I tried to even $$$weeten the pot to get the shipper to pick up my item asap. He showed up but decided he couldn't do it...and then i was left with this feedback??? For some reason, this feedback is deleted by UShip. UNREAL
