A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This is totally untrue. My drivers called the pick-up contact to let him know they had arived in town. They also asked by chance was the shipment ready yet or did they need to wait till after 6 still as agreed to. I myself had talked to the man and he had agreed to after 6 friday or anytime saturday. Well this man goes off on the driver cursing and "no it aint f-ing ready". So driver said OK OK we;ll get a room and see you in the morning. Next thing the lady the items are going to calls drive

*laughs* Unbelievable! Listen, the only professional person in this shipping company is the wife (scheduler) and she appologized numerous times for the behavior of her husband (driver) for his temperment. Apparently, he was razzed because his previous shipment was botched and took it out on my seller. When I talked to my seller of the cabinets he was just as perplexed by the uncalled for behavior as I was! Unprofessional. Period.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Scheduled for Saturday pickup, but called seller of cabinets on Friday morning stating he would be there to pick them up in an hour. This was not acceptable as the seller works a regular job and could not rush home to meet them. I was basically told to find another shipper when I called to try and mediate a time for pickup on Saturday.

I believe the seller and the company driver both let their tempers get the best of them, by the time the buyer and I got together by phone, the truck had already left the area (4 hours later). The driver didn't want to deal with the seller again due to the argument. I have been in touch with them both and if I myself am there with my truck in Marchm I will be taking this load for them personally.

This shipper is terrific -one of the best! This guy really bent over backwards to pick up our shipment. He put in a lot of effort loading and unloading this nonrunning car and he delivered the car extra fast and gave us plenty of notification about the delivery. Thanks again!
