I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period when we weren't able to reach guy after 3 days past pick up date, we hired another provider.

dispatcher left me hanging without my driver on road contacted me after 4 days found that dispatcherseriously under bid several shipments I shipped as many as I could in the time frame knowing I was going to lose money
