Their team did a great job of keeping me informed and delivery of bike. They picked up and delivered bike within the stated schedule (this doesn't happen very often with shippers). Driver was courtious and professional. I am pleased.

I am not quite sure why this feedback was only neutral. I was under the impression the shipper was happy. the bike didnt get damaged and there wasnt a time issue.

Mike was great to work with. I had misjudged the weight of the vehicle, but Mike's equipment was able to handle it. Mike called to let me know when it was loaded and gave me an EST of delivery and was on time after an 8 hour haul. The vehicle unloaded easily because he has the equipment to do the job right.
We gave him a bag of home-made cookies and we were all smiles when we said good-bye. I will use Mike again and recommend him to others.

This is a very good shipper. Enclosed tractor/trailer set up so cargo is always protected. Gene is great to work with and delvered on time. I recommend him to anyone and especially to those who have precious cargo.
