Tom ran into some snags enroute to pickup which delayed estimated time; and accepted an additional job on the way to dropoff. Both situations meant additional wait time and uncertainty. Once they arrived for the pickup, though, everything was done professionally. I appreciated how my antique Alfa was secured onto the flatbed trailer. My car was in good hands, and delivered the same day as pickup, which was the agreement. Thank you.

YES WE ENDED UP WITH A FLAT TIRE ON ARE TRAILER AND WAS DELAYED A LITTLE BUT STILL GOT THE CAR AND DELIVERED IT AS WE SAID WE WOULD VERY NICE LADY AND WOULD DO AGAIN FOR HER ANYTIME THANK YOU AGAIN FOR EVERYTHING AND YOUR UNDERSTANDING TOM

There were some delays on both the pickup and delivery end, but Courtney kept all of us informed and was easily reachable. Our kitty was safely delivered to her new home with our cousin. It's clear that Courtney cares for the animals she transports and ensures they are safe and comfortable.
