Facts are nice to manipulate; They can be altered, modified,& omitted... Can you tell from the above that I bought, paid and shipped a replacement seat superior to the lost seat? 3 times I suggested I remove the seat/place inside my truck. 3 times I was told it was fine left on the bike. Yes, it did fall off. Jim chose the one he wanted on ebay, & I placed a high bid and won it. Meantime, Jim found another that he liked better. Again I bought and shipped it. Our contract stated delivery 7/4 to 7/7. We delivered on 7/8 due to paperwork not ready on one bike and we had to make a second trip back. We delivered $40,000 worth of trikes in safe and pristine condition. We were in contact with Jim Carter not realizing there were TWO Carter's, a Jr., and a Sr. who apparently did not communicate with each other. Enjoyed hauling these beautiful trikes.
