The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time the pickup arrangements were made before l accepted his service, he was to pick up this morning, he did not bother at any point in time to text email or call to say he wouldnt be there this morning, the pickup has been waiting l have been waiting, he could have at very least contacted me or the other party he chose not to because of a great deal of lack of respect,

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time l spoke to this guy sat evening he told me he would pickup sunday by 11am and be in to me monday before 11am l have tried to call him this morning finally he answered his phone told me then he was on his way home and did not pickup, this guy does not have enough respect to call people and tell them he cannot pickup the shipment nor does he care enough to cancel the shipment he has really screwed people up at very least he could have called so people not stand around waiting for him sorry excuse

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I called you and told you 2 different times that I was running behind due to the weather. I arrived in NY 1230am 1-2-17 to deliver a shipment and finished at 2 am. A winter storm warning issued for the area and surrounding areas so I had no time to pickup the shipment and be sure I could deliver it safely. The shipper called one time while I was driving in heavy traffic so I pulled over and when he called right back I tried to explain this.
