The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Trailer was not ready for pick up due to recent snow and bad trailer tires. I drove 4 hours out of my way to find out trailer was inaccessible because it was parked 100 yards off-road and recent heavy snow and 50 degree weather made the ground saturated, coupled with the fact that the trailer tires were very poor condition. It was not worth getting my truck and/or trailer stuck when it wouldn't have made the trip anyway.

Kim was great to work with, she made sure everything was set and ready for me to pick up and deliver shipment, gave me all the info I needed to complete the job without any problems, I cant wait to work with her again.. thank you for your business.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment The customer accepted are bid and then requested a copy of are insurance witch we had faxed to them, Then we waited for just over a week to here back from them and they really do not know how this works so they cancel for no go reason before we where able to even get there vehicle set up for shipment. We shipped over 1300 vehicle's in 2010 with no problems and I have been in the car hauling business now for over 15 years and have shipped cars all over the world and never had a customer like this

This shipper did not provide us with required documentation, proof of care and custody insurance, business license and a copy of the driver's driver license. We are a large national organization that can only do business with transporters that provide required documentaqtion do to liability issues.

Excellent experience. Vlad was fast and friendly!! Very fast, very professional. As soon as the bid was accepted they called me immediately and ended up picking up the unit early the very next morning. I would highly recommend 10K Lakes and plan to use them for future transport needs.

Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services After making initial contact with the transporter and arrangements with two marinas, the transporter never contacted us or picked up the property after setting a pick date. I left multiple messages to no avail. Very unprofessional and has cost the charity additional fees. I have already filed a complaint through Uship customer service and they have not responded to that either. I would not recommend anyone use this transporter for any reason. Completely untrustworthy, beware of this transpor

I have to say, I couldn't be more satisfied with Brandon's performance. On short notice, he jumped too and was there when promised, delivered the vessel and most importantly, communicated regularly and clearly. His performance exceeded my expectations and I deal with haulers throughout the United States on a daily basis. We will be keeping Brandon in our files!!! I highly recommend giving Brandon an opportunity to work for you. If you are undecided, let this help you make your decision.

We have every source possible to accommodate this load we accommodate loads like this every day of the week so for this customer to say we could not "ACCOMODATE" His load is not true at all he accept's bid's and then doent commit. This was completely out of are hands. The customer states they can not work with brokers, Well carriers count on brokers for loads thats why about 90% of biddeds on here are brokers. We are the once that keep carriers going from load to load.
