I did not show up at agreed upon date and time This customer did not own or did they have authority to move the equipment that they posted on Uship. I posted a bid for hauling the 5th wheel trailer from point A to point B. After they accepted my bid, then they said I was responsible for obtaining the title and writing a receipt from my company in order to remove it from the owners property. I called the supposed donor 2 days before my stated pickup time on my bid listing. She said she had no intention of donating her trailer to said company.

You mistaken. When we accepted your bid, we e-mailed you instructions which clearly stated for you to contact the donor. Because you neglected to contact the donor for four days after you received our instructions, the donor cancelled the donation. You cost our client charity a valuable donation due to your neglegence.

Excellent communication. Always available w/quick responses. This company knows how to treat its Service Providers. I made contact w/client. Set up the pickup, delivered, called in and verified. I felt so comfortable w/action donation and Joe, that I left the delivery stop prior to notification of payment. Payment via Paypal arrived just as promised just minutes later. The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it First of all we were unable to contact the contact person for 2 day's and then on Monday we find out that it is 1:Damaged and possibly not road worthy 2:Not open on the date that it needed to be delivered/60 mile trip 3: Payment not being made till delivery and by check/ we don't take check's and anything under $500 is to be paid at acceptance, our profile state's this. 4: when we tried to explain to that we could'nt sit for 2 day's out of our own pocket to deliver, he became beligerant on the p

We are a national company that facilitates donated property throughout America. The shipper agreed to accepting payment through PayPal and pick up trailer at a specified time. Once we requested a copy of his drivers license and insurance, he is the one that cursed our transporting clerk. When then awarded the shipment to another shipper that pick up the trailer that was in very good condition and delivered it promptly. We remitted prompt payment via Paypal. This shipper is a nightmare.
