Cat arrived in good form, took exceptional care of my old cat!! Was kind enough to wait for me to arrive home rather than call my cell number and disrupt a birthday dinner. Only suggestion: Communicate from the road when approaching destination if ahead or behind schedule. Otherwise, would definitely use again.

My cell phonr gave out before leaving on May 3rd. It wouldn't call a block away so I left it home. Sorry--it did bother me. getting a new one.
