Cliff was a good customer. He was always in contact with me throughout the entiere process. I am glad that I was able to handle his special shipment as I doubt that there would have been many providers who could have handled this load in the way Cliff needed it to be completed for his needs. Thanks for the feedback. I must admit I did go the extra mile with Cliff's shipment. The generator was a very big unit and I believe that there would have been few providers who had the necessary equipment to pull this off. Many obstacles to overcome from securing this large generator on my trailer to unloading it but each time I was able to get the job done with my special forklift just as Cliff wanted it to be. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I need to transport item on/near pre-arranged date given by transporter whom now wishes to cancel!! Transporter needs to make arrangements to provide me w/another pick up date/vehicle since i dont have time to get an alternate shipper & vehicle has to be here 1st week of Jan & off sellers lot as arranged.

Transport vehicle was damaged in parking lot of another pickup and would not be able to meet the schedule provided. Other shipment options were forwarded, and accepted by the shipper - so all ended well!
