The shipper's a nice guy, prompt payment and I would definitely like to work with him again. He was not happy with the item; The condition it came in was poor and it was missing a piece! Thank goodness (as always) I took pictures of the machine and emailed it to him when I picked it up so that he could see that it wasn't the transporter's (my) fault. But even upset, he was professional & made sure I was paid... He even helped take the arcade game out of my van before his employee got there.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Freight class and dims listed in rate request were different than actual product. Plus crates are too tall to for door opening and would have to be moved out of facility before any of our drivers could haul. They had nobody to do this at the shipper. Shipper will re-list for open bidding.

Cliff was great and very straight forward! He happens to live across town from me here in Swansea, Massachusetts and I was able to assist in getting hie hand truck to him with no problems and overnight due to the fact that he lived close by. Customer and I have spoken and feel that this item is best suited for transport on an Air-Ride vehicle with blanket wrap service - This customer and I will do business together in the future on other shipments.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment had been promised a shipment form another customer that never developed this was suppsoed to complete this load going to mass for this customer sorry for the inconvenience,
