If selections inlcuded a higher rating than "positive" I would have preferred such. I was hesitant considering this method of shipment. Mr. Alvery's professionalism & forthright response to concerns immediately put me at ease. He was flexible, considerate, prompt, & considering he was returning a car "hygienically challenged" via a young driver,he was beyond patient & even had a repair made. The lowest offer I received prior to U-Ship was $1500.00. Mr. Alvery's bid was $565.00. Outstanding!
