There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Broker had car booked, then transporter cancelled. Broker has not been able to find a transporter within the agreed time. We now have paid $100 storage.
We have found another transporter that can pick up today.

Perfect, great in all aspects - communication, punctuality, knowing what he is doing, and keeping his word.
For sure will use Russ again and highly recommend. He is the Gold standard of transporters.

One of the best brokers and the transport companies I have worked with. The broker (adllogistics) did what they promised. The transporter picked the car up a day late but paid the storage fee and never mentioned.
