The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped We attempted to call this shipper to explain our billing process but the contact information they posted in their “Booking Detail” comes back as “non-working numbers”. We would like to explain that we continue to be a high volume shipper provider with very unresolved instances…..

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Service Provider is asking for complete control and access to my credit card in order to pay the transporter directly. Also their form states that I will accept charges and will not dispute if I disagree and that they can charge without first obtaining my permission. This ridiculous and I suspect illegal in some if not most states. I am tempted as an attorney to report them to the attorney's generals office. Dayton J. Carpenter, ESq
