The antique I tem was carefully wrapped with blanket/shrink wrapped before it was loaded in to an enclosed trailer. RGDandC is experienced and was able to handle some unforeseen challenging driving conditions in NC. I was particularly concerned with the glass door and crown molding on the piece and it arrived safely and intact. They do take care of the items like their own and I appreciated that. Thanks so much!

Shipper was very friendly and provided initial pick up/delivery time estimates. Sent both email and/or text communication before pick up and at delivery. Communicated unforeseen pick up delays. Delivery took three days longer than the initial provided timeline at booking but it arrived without additional issues. The provided photos of item at delivery for confirmation was a plus for me. The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider did not reach out after I booked the shipment. I sent initial email contact to request pick up details. Service provider responded with one word “tomorrow”. I followed up by asking when and I received “afternoon” (one word again). I followed up again by asking to let me know time so I can get item ready and I did not get a response. Service provider did not show up in the “afternoon” so I followed up yet again asking if he was still coming and I did not get a response. I s

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service provider bid after we agreed with time frame. His bid clearly lists pick up and delivery time frame that we had agreed. After I accepted the bid, provider wrote "Im sorry my trip hasnt come together yet.our dates wont match up..." I used uship many times, never had cancellation issues before...should have trusted the other customer feedback. Please note that the contact phone number provided by shipper is disconnected. Shipper is very reliable! I received excellent service! Very innovative with problem solving. Good to work with, very friendly, and works hard to get the job done right. My item arrived in excellent condition. There was delay due to weather, traffic, etc but communicated promptly and still made it on time to agreed delivery window.
