Delivered 2 months late from initial contracted promise date. Missed pickup because courier wants to pick up when store is closed (store hours was given ahead of time), and another time due to weather. Many projected delivery dates were given with many delay excuses and reasons. Weather related, family situation, vacation plan, detour, and mechanical vehicle problem. At delivery, a drawer was misaligned, but was wrapped with plastic/blanket. Courier disregarded pickup and delivery timeline.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I read K&C Movers' reviews (including the cancellations/negatives) and decided to take a chance with my shipment. I was never provided with a definitive pick up or delivery dates after reaching out several times. There was only a wide date range given and that they are still working on their schedule. After booking and several follow-ups, I was then informed by text that they had the dates down wrong. All the negative reviews were true, wasted my time dealing with this shipper. Would not re

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper made prompt contact after booking. On the day of pick up, I was informed of some delay with his other pick ups and that he is no longer able to accommodate my item.
