First of all the address on the Website was wrong by 80 miles of on the day of delivery when call the customer to give a time we was told it's going to a different address the truck was already loaded and had 10 different shipment for delivery and if we had turn around to go deliver this one 9 other customers will be late so next time put the correct info the truck when to NJ DC va and the back to NYC it was the weekend so the customer had to wait plus a holiday cost extra 180 don't work them

I am being billed by UPS Freight for this shipment when I already paid this service provider. Wrong paperwork was given to me and no proper instruction as asked for.

Extremely disappointing shipment with a week delay! Shipper refuses to offer any compensation for the delay which left me with a very unhappy customer.
