Customer was very easy to communicate with and made sure that the animal had a complete care package to take along with it to make the haul more comfortable and stress-free!

Allen was prompt, professional, hard working...and knew EXACTLY what he was doing! He is HONEST...a man of his word, and completed this two part shipment transaction as originally agreed! Each shipment was roughly 1,000 miles, and while gas prices had risen considerly between the first and second shipment, Allen did NOT try to increase his price what-so-ever! He kept to his word...and original bid amount! His assistant, Coleen, was AWESOME as well! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND his service to ALL!

Hats off to Odssey Ranch for a shipment EXCEPTIONALLY well done! Anyone needing to ship an animal, I highly suggest you contact the folks at Odyssey Ranch...super nice people, excellent communication, prompt, professional, and truly care about the welfare of animals they have been entrusted to ship! The kitten Odyssey Ranch shipped for me went from So. CA all the way up to the Bay area, and arrived happy, healthy and virtually stress free! Thank you sooo much...you guys are the BEST!
