Sally was WONDERFUL! My horse spent over 30 hours on the trailer due to traffic delays and the fact that he does not load well so they couldn't take him off during the trip. You would have never known it when he got off! He looked great. This was my first time using a transporter and Sally gave me complete confidence. And that woman can back a trailer like you wouldn't believe! I highly recommend her!
