There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved first the service provider is trying to justify the time frame you can go look at the contract the booking was made on 11/10 and has to be deliver on 11/13 whiich i was told that it will be done cos i talk to there customer service rep that told me they are walking on it and it will be deliver on 11/13 . but comes 11/13 i did not hear from them and my client have to call them cos he has to miss work when they told him they are come to pick the van up on thursday which was on 11/12 with no show

We were never told that the van was to be delivered by Thursday the 13th. We have a 7 day pickup policy , so customers know up front that it might take 7 days for the truck to arrange pickup. We talked with both parties and explained that the truck couldnt deliver the car by the 13th if it was picked up on the 13th. We strive to make sure our vehicles are picked up and delivered in a timely manner and all our customers are satisfied.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The reason for cancellation is that by the time the bid was accepted i find out that the product has been pickup by somebody esle. the service provider find that out after i accept is bid then we both agree to cancelle the transaction on my agrements. the service provider were very coporative and understanding . what am requesting for now my deposit for the shippment that ushipit take from my card $32.25 .

I personally contacted the origin of this shipment and they informed me that a trucking company had already picked up the freight. Then, I called the shipper back and informed him that his freight was already picked up and on the way to him.
