I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Truck have problems an ended up in the shop longer than expected. Customer couldn’t wait long enough so therefore we can cancel Response from Kevin C.: Thanks for your response and your understanding. I will like your company to do the job but it takes too long and my client keeps asking me so i have to cancel hope you understand.

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled Shipper never gave adequate information on the load for times and places of where we need to deliver. Shipper never gave us an address or number for the port. The dimensions were misrepresented.

We had some weight and some delay issues. The machine was nearly twice the advertised weight. Then, I had to make an appointment with the seller because he had moved 250 miles away. that took ten days. It also seems that the folks at the destination were ill prepared to unload this monster (11,000lb) and I was there for over two hours. Otherwise, everything went fine!

When booked on Tuesday 11/10 we lined up a truck , but it wasnt able to get to the drop off location before Friday 11/13 . We were not informed at the time of booking that it had to be delivered by Friday to be shipped by boat at the port. We are unable to accomodate this shipper due to the timeframe.
