I am so sorry! I am having to leave feedback due to what my buyer told me. I myself was extremely pleased with the communication, pick up, and everything else. They were EXTREMELY nice and easy to work with. However, the person that purchased our pup said he arrived smelling of urine, a little banged up, and terrified (understandable). I had given him a bath before pick up and groomed him myself. I hate doing this but had to go by what my buyer had said when he arrived. He is now ok. Thanx!

I am so sorry your buyers were not happy, we know the father was upset about the kids (young adults) were getting a puppy. The baby had had a few accidents in his kennel but his bedding was changed promptly, puppy was VERY frightened as there were about 10 people wanting to get their hands on him, as far as banged up, I am confused as to what they mean, we take pride in our care of all of our passengers, personally I am afraid for this pup and the type of life he will have with these folks.
