I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment provider showed up on pickup date but could not find anybody so did not call anyone for help we tried to get them to come out the next day and they said driver was enroute and would be there in 2 hours, after 5 hours we find out that they moved the pickup date to after the weekend without notifying us. the shipper could not accommodate this and he refunded me the money for the motor so we do not need this shipped anymore. thank you for trying. I called yrc and they cancelled the pickup and

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I attempted to contact this provider after they booked the shipment, I left messages on all three of their lines on several occasions to call me and they did not. I filed a complaint with uship about this today in the morning and attempted contact of them again. I requested they call me as they were 6 days into the contract and were to pick up item on day 7. They only called me back when I told them that they sucked and she was eager to cancel the contract. They give Uship a black eye!!

The customer has left rude voicemail's calling back over and over on every extension. We do not wish to conduct business with people like this. If we are on the other line assisting another customer please leave a detailed message and you will receive a call back as quickly as possible. We have emailed him 3 times (Sept 10, 11 and 14) as well to get additional information needed for his shipment with no response.

He delivered the car in good shape, he was careful of the little parts and small details, he came on time and much cheaper than everyone else by far. I would use him again.

Tom was fabulous, right on time, extremely friendly and someone I would like to sit down and have a beer with. I would use him again without question.

there were some scheduling issues, but ultimately they were able to transport truck, and they did so quite well. I would use them again.

Arne was very professional, I was remarkably impressed with how he worked. Very honest, very affordable, and hard working. I would not hesitate to use him in the future. He was flexible and accomidated our ever changing schedule, he was also extremely reachable whenever we had a question. I cannot say enough positive things about this guy to describe how happy I was with the service he provided. This guy is great!!!!!
