John was courteous and professional, and a pleasure to work with. He kept in touch throughout the transport. Most importantly, he went a couple extra steps to make sure my antique vehicle was well secured and safe, even stopping briefly in a sheltered location during a very nasty hail-storm. EXCELLENT! OUTSTANDING! Pete and Angie provided enclosed vehicle transport for about the same PRICE as the open transport bids I had received. They arrived ON SCHEDULE, kept me informed with regular daily updates AND were reachable by phone or email throughout the entire process. They were COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL in all aspects of this transaction, and were truly a PLEASURE to deal with. I am planning a move in the spring and will DEFINITELY contact them again! Great people!

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Missed his scheduled pickup date. I'd have been OK with delay IF he had just contacted me to let me know. When contacted by phone to ask for reschedule update, he first claimed 1 of his drivers "quit" & said he'd arrange another to pickup later in week. At end of week, claimed mechanical problem with truck. When I call he answers & says he's "out of the office" and asks me to "call back in 20 minutes" but then doesn't answer phone! But when I call from a different number he answered! Tell truth!

This is completely false. I told him the truck broke down. And I answered when I was off the phone with another customer.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIC EXPERIENCE! Joe is THE BEST! He hauled an unrestored antique "land yacht" from RI to IL. Unlike many haulers I have dealt with, Joe agreed to a schedule and KEPT to it! In fact, he arrived early before the vehicle was ready to be loaded, and he waited patiently, adjusting his schedule to accomodate MY needs! He kept in touch - and was readily available to me - via phone, email and text messages. I plan another antique car haul in a month or so, and will look to Joe first!!

Excellent! Perfect! Outstanding! Words cannot describe how pleased I am with the service provided by Chris and Christi. They had to deal with an uncooperative used car dealer at the origination point, a first-time vehicle shipper (me) at the destination, and a MAJOR winter ice-storm in between. Throughout it all, they remained true professionals, kept me informed, eased my concerns, and treated my "classic" car as "precious cargo." Next time I ship, I'll call them first. We provided insured, door-to-door delivery on an unrestored, collectible 1957 Ford Fairlane from Arkansas to Northern Illinois for this client. Robin was great to work with and we received payment on delivery. An asset to the uship community. Thanks for the business.
