I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment The laterns are bigger than reported and I cannot transport them safely without risk of damage. The shipper expressed concern for the safety of the shipment and stated that if we could not ship safely, he rathered we not take them. I cannot assure safety with the amount of room I have to ship with. thanks, Jeff with JAVA Trucking

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. STAY AWAY FROM TRANSITSYSTEMS. THEY PIMP OUT THE JOB TO INCOMPETENT MIDDLEMEN. NO ACCOUNTABILITY. NO INTEGRITY. THEY WEREN'T INTERESTED IN HELPING WHEN THEY LOST MY 13 FOOT GREEN SOFA! IT WASN'T THEIR PROBLEM.

We have been in business for 21 years and arrange for close to 10,000 shipments each year. The carrier that we gave this shipment to is a national carrier with an excellent reputation. There is no excuse for them losing the sofa but we do offer insurance in the unlikely event that loss or damage occurs. We are doing everything in our power to find the shipment. We issued a full refund a month ago. I can understand how upsetting this is but I think the feedback is a little extreme.
