THIS SHIPPER HAS CAUSED OUR COMPANY PROBLEMS AND SHOULD BE BANNED FROM USHIP. DRIVER TRAVELED FROM CHICAGO TO UP STATE NEW YORK TO PICK UP CUSTOMERS SHIPMENT ONLY TO BE DIRECTED TO A WAREHOUSE WHERE NO ONE SEEMED TO WORK THERE. WE HAD THE DRIVER WAIT 2 DAYS WHICH HE SLEPT IN HIS TRUCK WAITING FOR THIS CUSTOMERS SHIPMENT. NO ONE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE NOR COME TO THE DOOR. WE VOW TO FIGHT THIS CUSTOMERS FALSE SHIPMENT UNTIL WE ARE COMPENSATED FOR THE BLANK MISSION.

Sir you wern't ready for me at time of drop off,so I had to divert to Barrington,.. the other side of Chicago. you do that on a Friday evening, and get anywhere in time. Some people ya just cant please.
