Tom's other feedback, as you can see, is excellent. I guess he just had a hiccup on this shipment, as both communication and timeliness were poor. I guess we all have things go wrong occasionally. I also don't like that his wife, Rhonda, blocks her phone number when she calls. That puts out a really bad vibe. Very poor service. Marked shipment as complete before it was picked up! Sent hauler (SAIA) out with incorrect information. Was to have been picked up 05/24 and delivered within three days. SAIA never was able to make delivery; I had to pick it up myself at the SAIA terminal 07/06. Was received with the pallet broken and parts missing. Both Freight Center and SAIA were very difficult to deal with. When the paperwork went wrong Freight Center demanded extra $87 to correct the error. VERY BAD Response from freightcenter: Sorry John had a bad experience the problem started with his shipper not using the BOL provided and he put the wrong delivery address on the hand written BOL. Therefore the shipment had to be reconsigned to the correct address where he was charged and a charge for the wrong BOL being used. Not having his voicemail set up also added to the problem.

These folks did a good job, and were very accommodating. Service was timely and they kept in touch. I would be happy to use their service again.
