I needed to get my Lambretta back to my house after storing and using in at my in laws in Cornwall for 2 years. I was going to ride it back as I had there, when i found U Ship. I listed the bike for transport, to see what price I would get.
I was very pleased to get an estimate that was not much higher than the fuel it would cost me to ride it home, and much cheaper than I could hire a van to ship it back.
After several bids, I was offered a fantastic rate saving me around £50 from hiring a van before any fuel costs and same day delivery.
The courier was very good, and although he did get badly delayed through traffic issues, I was kept informed and waited for him to deliver, to which he did.
Overall a very good experience from him and the other couriers that bid to take my scooter, whose communication was excellent also.
