David Jernigan of JERNIGAN TRANSPORT made this cross-border shipment a successful venture. Even without U-Ships tracking system, he made a conscious effort to stay in touch throughout the entire trip.
Although U-Ship did give us exposure to multiple shippers interested in providing a service, U-Ship was impossible to reach when their tracking service was down, and I'm still waiting for a response a week later.
I would use U-Ship again, but my confidence comes from the shipper I met (David Jernigan) not the mother company.
