My daughter was moving out of Philadelphia and we needed to ship an upright piano to Florida and I went online and came across USHIP and decided since I had time I would try out the bidding process, which took awhile, and timing was interesting. I did not take the cheapest bid because that company had no way of talking to them directly. So I accepted the bid with PACE moving and talked directly to Andrei. When it came to the pickup date though, Thanksgiving weekend, my daughter was out of town and luckily a neighbor had a key to let him in and pack it up, she said they did a great job of removing it. And we were very flexible of when it got to us in Florida. Today Andrei came as he would and he had a truck with an auto lift and he and one other guy unloaded and delivered, well wrapped. They were quiet but hard working. So, I guess at times I was worried if it would come and if so in what condition. It was a risk, but I would definitely say PACE Moving is a reliable company and will recommend them in the future.
