We had a bit of lead time in our schedule and since Jim was willing to be a little flexible on price and we were able to be a little flexible on schedule. When our machine arrived we had mechanical problems preventing us from unloading (not Jims Fault)he was on site with us for a couple hours while we changed filters on the machine and even gave us a hand where he could.
