We shipped our wheelchair accessible van to the US from Canada to be used when we vacation there. It was cheaper to ship the vehicle then to rent one! The paper work was done quickly. I felt a little more communication would have been helpful. It seemed I was calling to get information on when the van was going to be picked up, and the status of the location as it travelled to the destination. Other than that, the experience was a very good one. It arrived on time and was in the same condition as it left! We would definitely ship again!!
