I would like to say a couple of things. First, In today’s age with all the scams and people scamming people for thousands of dollars and selling junk or not even receiving it. I have heard so many horror stories about people loosing thousands in regard to buying vehicles from other states, provinces or even other countries. I was VERY VERY leery of buying something so far away from me. I decided to try U-ship and found AFTF Hauling. Uship was so very helpfull and within 20 minutes I had bids on my shipment.They took soooooooo much stress off my shoulders in regards to "TRYING TO FIND A COMPANY WHO CARES ABOUT THE INDIVIDUAL". From U-ship I met AFTF Hauling,he had placed bids on my shipment and when I accepted.I had quite a number of conversations with him and told him I was extremely concerned about getting scammed on a particular car I wanted to buy. He told me that he would be my eyes and ears and would look over the car for me. Phil was extremely helpful in this, he gave me a detailed description of the car and he even sent pictures of it proving that it was what I was buying. His communication with me regarding the shipping of this car needless to say was amazing! When he made it to my house he told me that “the car is not delivered until it was in the spot I wanted! He even waited around for a couple of hours until I had some extra help to push the car into my garage, IE lots of snow and ice on my driveway!!! So my experience in the purchasing and shipping my car was trouble free to say the least!! In all my years I haven’t found someone in the shipping industry as helpful and that actually cared about the customers’ needs as much as Phil. I am tell you!!! the people that are reading this, that very few people in this world have honor, self-respect and go outside of their normal job duties of customer satisfaction.
