This was a good experience, especially, comparing to my previous one. Initially, I booked transport with another provider. After 4 weeks of various delays and excuses I had to cancel; the season was getting close to the end. I re-listed my shipment and Ken's bid showed up. I am glad it did. Within two weeks the boat was in my marina, safe and sound. I got progress updates along the way, so I knew where my boat was at any point in time. If only all providers were as good as this one.
