My shipper, Tobias, did take good care of stuffs in timely manner and excellent ways. Overall experience is good. But just felt a bit being rushed since he arrived Austin at Saturday midnight, so to asked me to pick my bike up at that hour is almost impossible since he knew I off work at 3am. Finally he deliver it in the morning as promised. Great job though. Side note: I still need to wash and wax it after drop-off to home. I just don't really like the water spots on it. Thank you for the great delivery service.
