I have a winter home in Florida. I wanted to ship my bike to Canada. Luis was the quickest response and great communication as well as the price was in line with the best. I decided to choose Luis and am glad I did.
Since I am Canadian citizen once Luis got to the border he was told that the bike must be imported into the country was not able to cross with the forms I gave him "temporary admittance." I got lucky to have had the customs agent call me in Florida and explain the situation and in the end they allowed me to import the bike with Luis, while I was not present.
Luis agreed to pay the duty for me and was patient at the border with the paper work and never complained once.
