My transporter I found through uship was excellent, and the uship website was great for her and me to contact because she was less than one hour from where my dog needed to be picked up and was headed right past me on her way to another scheduled delivery, worked out great. My only complaint is with the uship site when asking for bids. Be sure not to decline a bid unless you absolutely don't want that transporter. You can't communicate with them or negotiate with them ever again after that, and when they send you a message, you only get to send one answer, then have to wait for them to message you back before you can say anything to them again. Very unfriendly communications system until after you have accepted a bid. So, if you have several bids , even if you don't like them, don't decline them right away in case you don't get any better ones and have to accept one of them.
