Prompt initial reply to bidding questions, prompt collection & delivery. Did not reply to email sent directly to the company about arranging times but answered phone call when phoned a day later. Asked for a receipt but it was said I had to contact through uship website. Unsure about this.
Very helpful men who delivered the piano, helped move old piano to the garage over a step.
