I had never used UShip before and found it hard to select a shipper for my boat. My first selection had already booked another load. My next shipper accepted the booking and then cancelled when I asked him a couple of questions about his insurance coverage. I think he had just found a better shipment for him and didn't care about leaving me in a bind, only a few days before the agreed on pickup date. So two thumbs down for "onthemoveforyou". I guess I learned that you should check the number of cancellations a shipper has, no matter how well rated they appear.
Luckily for me, I accepted a bid from "enchanted". He volunteered his insurance information without me asking and even forwarded his agent's contact number so I could confirm. He delivered quickly and was very helpful.
I would use UShip again. Like anything, it is easier the second time around.
