The paper work i sent aperently did not have proper ser. # and the trucking company had to chase people to conferm of the proper vehicle was picked up. They did this on there own, making numerous phone calls, i was away at the time, to conferm proper vehicle. They did this on there own and i am very thankfull. All other issues were handled as discribed, and most certanly want to deal with them again.
