The first provider we went with, although he promised to deliver, did not, and he was very difficult to communicate with. HOWEVER, the second provider we got (after having to cancel the first) - JTHotshotting- was awesome and we would have given them a 6/5 if that was possible! They were very professional, kept in constant contact, were accomodating at the pick up end when our contact couldn't make it to the pick up, and delivered despite the fact that they were dealing with terrible weather conditions and a machine that would not start at the end of the trip due to cold weather.
