While you have a cracking service, your registration is the wrong way round.
I really don't mind filling in forms etc if I want the service but don't much like them if I am yet unsure. I did in fact leave your site twice because of the moaning password stuff.
Take a look at Parcel2Go - you really could not get a better system.
