The evening before my car was to be picked up for shipment, it broke down and died completely. My driver didn't mind, and still took my car, using a winch to hoist the vehilce onto his flatbed, even in the bitter cold of winter. He was very prompt with his communications and I'm happy that both he and the car made it to the destination safely. I also happy to say that the service was door to door, and much cheaper than one of the big name carriers in the region. Thanks again!
