I was very satisfied with the second shipper I had to hire . As for U ship I am not as satisfied. I had a problem with the first shipper I hired . And U ship said if I had a problem too "Go with my gut feelings " I didnt think that was very professional answer to my problems I was having.I think they could have contacted the shipper and help resolve the problems instead of say "Go with your gut feelings "
