Greg went the extra mile.
He helped me out by checking out the tractor, charged the battery and he drove it down the hill for me, saving me a 5-hour drive. He kept me up to date on the weight and sent a picture of the loaded tractor. At the drop off he gave me more information about things he observed that I should look into. He showed up on time both picking it up and droping of on time.
